This one was a full exterior overhaul from front to back. The home had aging siding that had seen better days - faded, worn, and doing very little to protect what was underneath. On top of that, the windows were outdated and the insulation just wasn't keeping up. So we got to work on all of it.
Starting with the siding, we stripped everything off and added the insulation this house needed before putting the new panels up. That step matters a lot more than people realize. Fresh siding looks great, but if you skip the insulation layer, you're leaving energy efficiency on the table. The new profile is clean, tight, and runs consistently around the entire exterior - front, sides, and back.
The windows were part of the scope too. The old setup on the front porch area was a multi-panel arrangement with dated wood framing. We replaced it with a proper bay window - clean white trim, solid construction, and a much better view from inside. The difference in how that room feels is hard to miss. More light, less draft, and a finished look that ties into the rest of the updated exterior.
Out back, we also swapped out the old door setup and got the rear wall looking sharp. New siding, updated trim details, and a clean finish all the way around. It's the kind of job where every side of the house gets the same attention - not just the front.
When a job covers this much ground, the details have to be right. Siding seams, corner wraps, window trim - all of it adds up. We take that seriously on every job we do in Brighton and the surrounding area.
